How to Delete Your Rollet Account
If you choose to delete your account, please be aware that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account will result in the permanent removal of the following data:
User Settings:
All your personal preferences and configurations set within your account will be permanently deleted.
Vehicle Settings:
Any information or settings related to your vehicles will be removed from our database.
Past Parking Records:
All records of your past parking activities, including dates, locations, and durations, will be erased.
Reservations:
Any active or past parking reservations you have made will be deleted.
Parking Passes:
All parking passes associated with your account will be invalidated and removed. Please note, that in case of account deletion, we are not able to refund already purchased parking passes.
Virtual Wallet:
The balance and transaction history of your virtual wallet will be permanently deleted. The remaining amount will be sent to your current active payment card. Please make sure your account is configured with a valid payment card before deleting your account.
Via Mobile Application

Click on "Profile" menu button on the bottom menu

Select "Delete Account" menu item from "Profile" menu

Confirm deletion

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted
