Adding your credit card to your profile?


Giving out confidential info is a bit disturbing, huhh? Don’t worry by adding your credit card to your Rollet profile we’ll not be able to see any details related to your account or credit card! To do so just click on the helmet icon at the right bottom corner of the app, select Payment method option and insert your credit card details.




Changes in your credit card details?


No worries, you can update the details by deleting your previous credit card from your account. To do so just click on the helmet icon at the right bottom corner of the app, select Payment method option, delete the previous card by clicking on the red trash icon then insert your new credit card details. That’s all, easy peasy! :)




Would you like to use foreign credit card of license plate number?


No matter what nationality you have we are happy to have you here! Rollet application can handle foreigners’ credit card details / plate number / phone number.




Changing your password?


We cannot underline the importance of security, so if you suspect that your account is threatened, please change your password. To do so, click on the helmet icon at the right bottom corner of the application. At the pop-up menu choose your name at the top of the screen and then you can change your password at the Reset password option.




Changes in your e-mail address or phone number?


Keep your Rollet app up-to-date! To do so, click on the helmet icon at the right bottom corner of the application. At the pop-up menu choose your name at the top of the screen and then you can change the details under Phone number or E-mail address options. Of course we will ask you for double-confirmation, so in case of changing your mail address you will receive an e-mail where you can verify your new details, in case of changing your phone number an SMS will be sent out to your new phone number!




Changing your registered plate number?


Yes, you can do it! How? By clicking on the helmet icon at the right bottom corner of the application, at the pop-up menu choose your name at the top of the screen and then select the Vehicles option. Here comes a little bit of trick: first delete your existing plate number from the app then add a new plate number at the right upper corner. That’s it, ready!




Forgot your password and needing a new one?


No, please do not leave us, just some clicks and you’ll be in again! At the app click on Login and check the upper right corner. Yes, there it is, the Forgotten password option. By clicking on this we’ll ask for your registered phone number to which we send an




Calculating your parking fee in advance? Yes it’s possible!


By checking your desired parking lot in the app (click on the map icon at the bottom of the app) you are able to get up-to-date info about the rates. Once you clicked on the map icon you’ll see a pop-up window where the length of parking can be submitted at a slide bar so that the parking rate is calculated. Please note that using Rollet app is free, we only charge the exact amount of parking fee.




Where can you park by Rollet?


No matter if you are in Budapest or Debrecen, you’ll find a parking place where Rollet app can be used. The exact list of parking lots can be found in the application by clicking the Map icon.




Deleting your user account?


Oh no, we are sorry to hear that you are leaving us, however we value your decision so let’s check the exit: your account can be deleted only by you. Click on the helmet icon at the bottom right corner of the screen. Tap on your name at the upper part of the screen and find the Delete account option in the menu. After deleting your account the charged deposit will be returned to your bank account.





PARKING WITH ROLLET

You still see a running parking session in the application however you already left the parking lot?


Don’t panic, the amount shown on your screen is not withdrawn from your bank account! It might had been a technical issue that your parking session had not been closed once you left the parking lot. Please give us a chance to solve this problem and contact us on support@rollet.hu or send us a message via the application with the date and time you left the parking lot.




Already having a pass in one of the parking lots?


In this case you’ll be able to enjoy the absolute Rollet experience, as all the passes are registered in our system! Might it be any discrepancy - can be a human error during the registration of the passes - please send us the invoice you got while purchasing your pass and we update the system! You can reach out to us on support@rollet.hu or via chat in the app!




Parking with Rollet at Debrecen International Airport?


Yes, it is absolutely possible! The method is the same as in case of any other locations: we recognize your registered car at the gate, open the barrier, the parking fee is blocked on your account in HUF 1900 segments, and the final amount is withdrawn only at the moment you leave the parking lot. Any remaining amount from the blocked money is released on your bank account. Easy and comfortable, isn’t it? Street parking with Rollet?


We are so happy about your loyalty, but currently Rollet can be used in the listed parking areas. Please check the exact locations in the app or on www.rollet.hu




Handycapped parking with Rollet?


As the regulation of handycapped parking is determined by each and every parking lot individually there is no possibility to register your handycapped ID in the application, we are so sorry about it!





PAY WITH ROLLET

Paying through Rollet?


The payment is done automatically via the Rollet app with your registered credit card. Privacy first, so please bear in mind that we’re not familiar with your credit card or bank account details! Parking with Rollet is simple as it is: once you enter the parking lot a HUF 1900 amount will be blocked on your account as a deposit for your final parking fee. If your parking fee exceeds this amount another HUF 1900 is blocked, and so on until you finish parking. At the moment you leave the parking lot the exact amount of the final parking fee is withdrawn and all the remaining amount is freed on your account. Once again: you pay as per the official parking rates of the parking lot as using Rollet is absolutely free!




You need VAT invoice covering your parking fee?


There is nothing to do but find the Invoice details in the Profile menu, click on the side bar and let us know your invoicing details, so that your VAT incoice can land in your inbox!




Needing a monthly invoice?


We seldom say no, but in this case we have to: currently there is no possibility to send ou monthly invoice. Believe us, we are so sorry about this!




Got a coupon from us?


First of all thank you for being with us we are happy about you! You can validate your coupon at your Profile (right bottom corner of the app) at Coupons option. Click on Validate Coupon option and insert the coupon code or scan the QR code!




What is the deposit for?


We need the deposit (HUF 1900, approximately EUR 5,6 / LEI 27) for our service to be as flawless as possible by having an independency on the transfer time of the banks. When the parking price exceeds the HUF 1900 amount another HUF 1900 segment will be booked on your registered card. At the moment you leave the parking lot the exact amount of the final parking fee is withdrawn and all the remaining amount is freed on your account. Once again: you pay as per the official parking rates of the parking lot as using Rollet is absolutely free!
