Manage relationships with B2B customers, hold product onboarding training, and shepherd the customer experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Excellent written and verbal communications skills both in Hungarian and in English

2+ years of experience in Customer Support related position

Strong problem-solving approach and customer-oriented mindset

Good technical & IT knowledge or great interest in the area

Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude
