SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER

Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for running the entire financial apparatus of the Rollet finance department.

Assisting the external accountant with monthly, quarterly and year end account closings

Coordinating with the payroll providers to ensure compensation is calculated appropriately

Administering incoming invoices, keeping a reconciliation of expenses, analyzing trends

Issuing invoices

Liaising with the external lawyers and manage all projects in relation to the corporate set-up of Rollet
-
Periodic and ad-hoc reporting to senior management and the Board of Directors

Assisting senior management by providing financial data and analysis
-
Produce actual vs. plan comparisons
-
Budgeting and business planning
-
Innovating financial and administrative processes
RESPONSIBILITIES
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 4 years of experience in a financial role

Solid understanding of accounting and finance (though the position is open for non-accountants)

Experience in handling monthly, quarterly and year end account closings

Ability to liaise with accountants, payroll providers, and lawyers

Basic controlling experience and track record of analyzing financial data

Basic experience in business planning and forecasting

Basic experience in building and perfecting finance processes

Superior administrative skills

BSc Degree
-
Proficiency in English
